Receiving Me? Strike

Philadelphia, PA - It has been a grueling 24 days since Leslie Fox and Pates Baroni last wrote articles for Receiving Me?, the faux online magazine. This has dealt a serious blow to circulation, as the magazine’s readership is limited to Mrs. Fox and Mrs. Baroni. Management has done well to maintain new articles with the contributions of Bernard Bygott and Freeman Frohlich, but the strain on resources is undeniable. When asked how long they could stay afloat without the assistance of Fox and Baroni, Bygott replied “I’m going to file a restraining order. Get off my porch.”
To date no one has asked why either contributer is on strike. Indeed there are rumors that Fox is just busy and Baroni lazy. While this would be the opportune forum for a disclosure of demands, it would be rather anticlimactic, since nobody wants to meet them.
Still, both columnists show no sign of letting up, except in the case of Baroni, who had to cross the proverbial picket line to write this article. Further complicating issues, Baroni never took the time to learn how to post a picture. With Fox on strike, this article will have to wait for Bygott to post a pic. Awkward…
